What is an Aquatic Botanical?
Aquatic Botanicals are seaweeds like Kelp, Alaria, Kombu, Dulce, Sea Oak, Irish Moss, and Rockweed. They are essential to our product line by providing micronutrients, polysaccharides, natural color and exfoliation that benefits your skin.
Do you accept returns?
Currently with the COVID-19 virus our return policy has changed. Alluvian is unable to accept returns at this time. We apologize for this inconvience.
What is your Alluvian's Guaranteed to last?
All Alluvian products last a very long time due to their organic and natural composition. Shave Soaps have lasted 8 months, assuming the soap does not sit in water. If soap does not last at least 4 weeks we’ll refund your money no questions asked.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within a few days, but a maximum of 10 days if products are backordered.
What are the specks in my soap?
The specks of color in your bar and shave soaps are from seaweed like Organic Irish Moss that provides your skin micronutrients and carrageen, that hydrates. The kelp, alaria, sea oak, dulce, etc found in our bar soaps are added for these properties as well as natural exfoliation.
